The process of reinstalling the Operating System (OS) will likely result in the loss of saved Passwords, Browser Settings & other personalized options. Programs cannot be backed up. THE CUSTOMER will not hold 247PcTech liable for any loss of personalization or programs.

247PcTech will charge a $99 diagnostics fee if THE CLIENT does not wish to proceed with repairs.
Improper description of issue/problem or omission of detail can delay repair time.
